We are in central Tarragona, in Les Gavarres and now in La Pineda too. Three different places, but the same menu, the same kitchen and the same team behind it. Wherever you go, you know what you are getting.

This line from the great Federico Fellini sums up our philosophy. We love the culture of good food, and the people who believe that gastronomy is an important part of a country’s way of life. That is why we put our heart into every dish, to offer you our very best, because we know that eating is one of the great pleasures in life.
The pizzas.
There are no shortcuts. The dough ferments, the wood-fired oven does its job and the rest is respecting the process. A crisp edge, a light centre and that flavour you only get when it is done right. The way it has always been done.
The pasta.
Some dishes are fine. And some dishes you remember on your way out. Ours are cooked slowly, with ingredients that need no disguise and that exact point the Italians call al dente. We call it doing things properly.
